SCAL Construction Hub is a seven-storey institutional building that brings together learning, collaboration, and innovation for Singapore’s construction industry. Featuring sustainable design strategies such as integrated photovoltaic panels on the roof and façade, the project achieved BCA Green Mark Super Low Energy (SLE) certification and Virtual TOP, demonstrating excellence in design, sustainability and delivery.
