Prime City Hotel – A Green Hotel

Prime City Hotel (Malaysia) – Located at Kluang Johor, Malaysia, sits the tallest 3 Star Hotel in the heart of the area. Prime City was built in the early 90s and was the pride of Kluang. It boasted facilities like swimming pools, gym, banquet halls and well furnished rooms and suites. However as time passes, the decoration and facilities became dated looking and worn. It was necessary to redesign and to reinvent the hotel again.

Sky Creation + DC Pte Ltd was appointed by the hotel owners to rejuvenate the hotel’s appearance and as well as develop sustainable interior design solutions to achieve the following:

• Improve durability of fixture and furnishing
• Specify and implement solutions that will reduce consumption of electricity and water
• Specify and implement solutions that will reduce and minimize maintenance and upkeep of spaces and facilities
• Overall brand revamp and major appearance overhaul
