Peek makes pharmacy waiting more predictable by providing live, personalised wait-time estimates and showing patients what pharmacists are doing at each stage. Built during Hack for Public Good 2026 and piloted at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, it uses a machine-learning model trained on real queue data. With 93% of pilot users finding it helpful and staff actively using it to respond to patient queries, Peek improves the waiting experience by making queues visible rather than reducing wait times.
