Neiko at Punggol reinterprets everyday residential living through the quiet rigour of Southeast Asian modernism. Set within a 10-year-old HDB flat, the home embraces spatial constraints as design opportunities, opening up the interior to light, air, and daily rituals. Raw finishes, calibrated lighting, and honest materiality create a calm, flexible sanctuary shaped by restraint, sensory comfort and relevance.
