“In society today, precious family time and bonding is fast being replaced by the ease and convenience of modern technology. Social media and vast improvement of technology has taken over the world by storm and lead to a decrease in real-time interaction and communication between families. Sometimes what we need is to take a step back and embrace traditional ways of how communication used to be.
“”Family are like branches on a tree. We all grow in different direction yet our roots remain as one.””
Thinking back of how we used to communicate through handwritten emails. Thinking back of how taking photographs and printing it on films used to be. The design of “”Leaves On A Tree”” is a representation of a family tree. The trunk attached to the roots signify a family. The branches that grow in all direction represents its members and the leaves and flowers on each branch are attachments that can be added as the tree grows and as the family grows. Memories in the form of notes and photographs are precious treasures that help to build the tree, the family. Therefore, Leaves On A Tree also design to allow the family to communicate freely and to leave preserves the wonder times and memories shared during family bonding.”
