GOOD CYCLE BUILDING 001, a project by Asanuma Corporation that transformed a 30-year-old building into a comfortable, eco-friendly space that connects people to nature, by utilising the existing building structure and natural materials. The introduction of high-efficiency equipment alongside repairs made to the external walls reduced CO2 emissions during day-to-day operation to less than half of that of the former company building, achieving Zero Energy Building (ZEB) status.
