Wendy is a seasoned UX pioneer and design leader with over two decades of experience bridging the gap between technology and human needs. As the co-founder of a UX design studio, 55 Minutes, she focuses on creating useful and delightful digital experiences that solve real needs. Her extensive background includes building and nurturing design teams, advancing the design craft through workshops, and shaping the next generation of problem-solvers by teaching Design Innovation at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).

Holding a Master of Arts in Digital Media Management, Wendy aligns business objectives with user needs to drive impactful designs. Her approach is rooted in creative collaboration, emphasizing that diverse perspectives and deep empathy are essential to creating value. Beyond the studio, she is a coach-in-training who finds joy in building others up and taking nature walks.
