Tamsin Greulich-Smith

Tamsin has 25 years’ experience in co-designing solutions to complex challenges, with expertise in risk communications and high concern environments. 

Integrating human-centred design, systems thinking and change leadership, Tamsin has successfully delivered win-win strategies for award-winning transformation programmes.  

Tamsin is founding Director of School of X, DesignSingapore Council’s real-world learning platform for design thinking. She also leads the Council’s organisation transformation design, the future care strategy, and efforts to increase adoption of design across public service. Concurrently she is teaching faculty at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation and a member of the Scientific Organising Committee for the annual CHI Innovate conference.

Previously she founded and led the Smart Health Leadership Centre, at National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, to transform health outcomes through design, data, and digital technology. Before moving to Singapore she ran a strategic innovation consultancy, where she specialised in high risk urban projects.
