Tamsin Greulich-Smith

Tamsin has 25 years’ experience in co-designing solutions to complex challenges, with expertise high concern environments and design for care.

Integrating human-centred design, systems thinking and change leadership, Tamsin has successfully delivered win-win strategies for award-winning transformation programmes.

Tamsin is Director of Design Practice and founding Director of School of X, at DesignSingapore Council. She also heads the Council’s strategic efforts in driving design for the future of care. Concurrently she is teaching faculty at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation and a member of the Scientific Organising Committee for the annual CHI Innovate conference.

Previously she founded and led the Smart Health Leadership Centre, at National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, to transform health outcomes through design, data, and digital technology. Before moving to Singapore she ran a strategic innovation consultancy in the UK, where she specialised in high risk urban projects.
