Lin Wei

Lin Wei is the founder of United Design Practice, a multidisciplinary design consultancy whose work spans architecture, brand systems, product design, exhibitions, and digital experiences.

His projects across Singapore, China, and the region have received over 40 international awards, including the A’ Design Award, International Design Awards, American Architecture Prize, Graphis, LIT Lighting, and Vega Digital Awards.

Alongside his design practice, Lin Wei teaches at multiple polytechnics and universities in areas such as Design Innovation, Regenerative Architecture, Bio-mimicry, Speculative Design Futures, Architectural Storytelling, Urban Systems Design, and AI-enhanced andragogy.

His practitioner research interests focus on design-driven, complexity-informed approaches to governance innovation and socio-economic pattern recognition. He advocates for strengthening strategic bridges across design disciplines, industry sectors, academia & public institutions, and positioning designers as essential partners in shaping business, policy, and societal futures.
