Larry is a designer and community organizer who champions a participatory, community-centric approach to urban planning. As the Executive Director of Participate in Design (P!D), he leverages his background in architectural design and project management to shape neighborhoods, public spaces, and community art installations across Singapore.
A Master of Architecture graduate from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Larry’s work bridges the gap between grassroots organisations, civic groups, and government agencies. His leadership in urban transformation earned him recognition as a World Cities Summit Young Leader in 2021 and the NUS-CDE Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2023.
Beyond P!D, Larry contributes his expertise to the CSC-MCCY Partnerships and Engagement Experts Panel, consulting with public agencies on stakeholder engagement.
