Joe Chan

Adjunct Professor IDr Joe WH Chan is Principal of Design Tone Interior Practice, a multi-genre and multi award winning interior design practice based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Joe has 25 years of experience in the interior design profession and besides practicing, Joe is extremely passionate on interior design education and its development.

Joe lectures extensively in colleges and universities and is an Adjunct Professor for Taylor’s University. In addition, he is also panellist for Council of Architectural Accreditation & Education, with Board of Architects Malaysia. Currently he is the Deputy President of Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID) and Executive Board Member of International Federation of Interior Architects / Designers.
