Caitlin is a partner at STUCK Design, an award-winning, multidisciplinary innovation consultancy. Her work centres on shaping meaningful human experiences across spatial, service, and organisational systems. Her practice focuses on how design influences behaviour, culture, and long-term value. She has led experience design initiatives and research across education, placemaking, ageing environments, inclusiveness and future-of-work transformations.

Her approach integrates rigorous research synthesis with participatory design, translating complexity into experiences that are clear, coherent, and grounded in real human needs. She looks beyond visual polish to assess clarity of intent, coherence across touchpoints, depth of user insight, and the sustainability of impact over time. She is particularly interested in how well-designed experiences create emotional resonance, enable behavioural change, and remain culturally relevant within Singapore’s evolving social landscape. Ultimately, Caitlin believes good design should not only be innovative or functional, but soulful and capable of standing the test of time.
