MODU Samgyetang

A contemporary Korean dining concept that reinterprets boyang-sik into an inclusive, system-driven wellness experience centred on samgyetang. An open kitchen, Hansang-style dining, and artisan ceramics create transparency and cultural storytelling. The project transforms traditional nourishment into a holistic dining system that integrates ritual, craftsmanship, and modern hospitality.
