ServiceSG Centre Ang Mo Kio (AMK)

ServiceSG Centre @ Ang Mo Kio transforms public service delivery through a citizen-centric design approach guided by five principles: Safe Space, Sense of Familiarity, Efficiency, Learning, and Inclusion. Key features include intuitive spatial zoning, strategic colour coding, a central circular concierge, and universal accessibility elements such as adjustable counters and hearing loops. Inspired by the concept of a “Walk in the Park”, the centre incorporates biophilic elements and neighbourhood-inspired forms that reflect Ang Mo Kio’s iconic circular HDB blocks. Co-created with residents and frontline officers, the design responds authentically to user needs while enhancing service efficiency.
