The Jurong Service Centre transformation reimagines CPF Board’s service vision through an integrated spatial and service design approach. Designed as a calm, intuitive, and welcoming journey, the centre empowers members, particularly seniors to feel Comforted, Confident, and In Control. Features such as open layouts, redesigned queue systems, and interactive engagement spaces improve accessibility, reduce waiting times, and transform passive waiting into meaningful experiences. The project sets a new benchmark for inclusive, member-centric public service design.
