
Teng-Hwang DOU is a fashion designer and industry leader with over three decades of practice at the intersection of fashion, structure and cultural identity. As the Founder and Creative Director of DOUCHANGLEE, established more than 30 years ago, he has developed a design language defined by architectural precision, restrained minimalism and intellectual clarity.
Beyond brand development, Teng-Hwang plays an active role in shaping the regional design ecosystem. He serves as President of the Taiwan Accessories & Fashion Designers Association (TAFAD), advocating cross-disciplinary collaboration and international exchange. He has also served as a juror for the Taiwan Fashion Design Award (TFDA) and the International Student Design Competition (TISDC), contributing to the advancement of emerging design talent across Asia.
His collections have been presented multiple times at Taipei Fashion Week and Shanghai Fashion Week, reflecting sustained engagement with contemporary fashion discourse. In 2026, DOUCHANGLEE is initiating the development of a showroom presence in Paris, marking a new phase of cross-cultural dialogue between Asia and Europe.
