Damian Tang

Damian Tang is a Singapore-based design and sustainability leader with over 20 years of international experience delivering award-winning projects across urban development, public realm, hospitality, and community environments in Asia Pacific. Trained in architecture, planning, and landscape architecture, he brings an integrated perspective that connects environmental performance, human experience, commercial viability, and long-term governance.

His portfolio spans large-scale master plans, climate-responsive landscapes, therapeutic environments, and experiential installations, many of which have received national and international recognition for design excellence. Beyond project delivery, Damian has served in senior regional leadership and advisory roles, contributing to professional standards, design evaluation frameworks, and cross-border collaboration platforms.

As founder of a regenerative design advisory practice, he works with local and overseas governments, developers, and institutions to embed sustainability, circularity, and ESG principles into early-stage strategy and implementation. His approach ensures that sustainability is not treated as an add-on, but as a measurable, scalable, and economically grounded design foundation.
