Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival (2022-2024) is a 3-year celebration of art, nature, and community across four islands in Hong Kong. With the theme “Joy Again, Isle,” its evolving design blends heritage and sustainability through mountain motifs, vibrant colors, and eco-conscious features like reusable maps and solar kiosks.
Drawing over 206,000 visitors, the festival revitalised local areas, supported artisans, and strengthened bonds between people and place – proving how art can unite and transform communities.
