Punggol Green converts a constrained 1.2-hectare transit corridor into a layered, multifunctional public realm. The project tackles limited sunlight, tight setbacks, and 41 existing columns, integrating community feedback into every design move – from material selection to spatial programming. With 30+ native species and 50,000 plants, it promotes urban biodiversity while fostering recreation and connectivity.
