The 40,000 sf Sparks office at NCS Hub is co-working space designed for innovation, featuring tech-enabled workstation, vibrant meeting rooms, and cozy breakout areas. A dome-lit informal zone and unmanned cafeteria enhance collaboration and convenience.

Sustainability is central – materials like fire-rated doors, chopsticks, chipboards, and rice husk were repurposed into furniture and finishes. Even the counter features handprints from NCS leadership in lieu of virgin materials. A nap area and second-hand recreational items support staff well-being and reflect the reduce-reuse-recycle ethos throughout.
