A designer at heart, Leong Chye has a multi layered background comprising of over 30 years of product development experience that includes being a co-founder in a startup to managing and leading design teams in MNCs. His creative, technical and management skills allow him to effectively choreograph and balance the needs between people, design and business. He is inspired by culture, emotional values and materials and in his spare time he is a crazy squash addict!
