With an academic background in Industrial Design and Human Factors System Engineering, Keynes is passionate about applying the user-centric design approach to innovation and problem-solving.
In his transition to a client engagement role, Keynes has accumulated over a decade of experience in account management, working with diverse clients across various sectors on a global scale. Throughout his career, he has worked with a range of organisations from multinational corporations (MNCs), small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to the public sector advocating good design. Notably, Keynes has played a crucial role in expanding the Singapore presence of international design agencies that helped build and establish their presence in the region.
Currently, he is the co-founder of Greydient Lab which provides digital product design consulting services to international clients from offices in Bangkok and Singapore. He is also a registered management consultant and volunteers as the Director of Operations and Public Relations for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Singapore (HFESS).
