Karin Aue is the Design Director and Partner at Chemistry, a strategic design consultancy that focuses on planet-centric design. With over 17 years of experience across Europe and Asia, Karin brings a powerful combination of strategic consultancy and a passion for impact-driven projects.

Before joining Chemistry, She worked with renowned companies like IDEO, KesselsKramer, Tama BI Art University, and the Office for Metropolitan Architecture.

As a designer, Karin‘s ultimate goal is to drive positive and sustainable change. She believes in a planet-centred and participatory approach to design, aiming for the long-term thriving of organisations, communities, and the planet. Karin facilitates Masterclasses on Circular Business Models and Circular Design strategies, accelerating organisations’ transition towards a circular, regenerative, and sustainable economy. She also shares her knowledge as a keynote speaker and subject matter expert on human and planet-centred Innovation and Design.
