With the new “Bruneian at Heart” identity, we strove to change the way that people viewed a retail banking space from one that was simply transactional, to one that was fully relational. The entire experience is geared towards creating comfort, steering away from sterile and cold materials for warm surfaces like wood. A distinctive visual language of Bruneian fabric patters was incorporated into the space design
to add to familiarity. A welcoming lighting and colour palatte was used to evoke the feeling of stepping into someone’s home.
