Elaine Ann is the Founder/CEO of Kaizor Innovation, a strategic innovation consultancy with 20+ years of experience in User Experience / Design Thinking. Her company helps with strategy, research, and defining innovative products and services. Her clients include Google, Airbnb, DropBox, BMW, Intel, Siemens, Motorola, etc. Elaine is also a veteran of the early dot-com era in the mid 90’s having lived and worked in New York, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley for 12 years and have designed the User Experiences of some of the very early Internet/technology businesses such as Schwab.com, Intuit’s Quicken, Philips Networked Home erc..
She taught at Executive Masters in Innovation Leadership at Hong Kong PolyU School of Design and HKUST MBA and she is on the Advisory Committee and Visiting Professor at HK Polytechnic University School of Design and the Hong Kong Design Institute since 2002. Elaine graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and Masters in Interaction Design and is an alumni of the Stanford Executive Education Design Thinking and the Cheung Kong Business School EMBA.
